It disconnects more and more with the time. Other devices working perfectly with the internet connection. In my case, the TV freezes and gets switched off on its own. I then have to switch it on and go to the Wifi connection settings and select the connection to get it working again. Crazy.

Frequent disconnects is probably one of the more frustrating problems to diagnose since there are several points from your computer back to us at Cox where this problem may be originating. The stability of your connection is dependent on the cable modem receiving, and maintaining, a strong signal. All of a sudden, my Roku TV is constantly disconnecting from the internet. As soon as I reconnect, and restart Hulu or Netflix, it plays for 3 minutes and disconnects again. Is this a Roku problem or a cable/internet Co. problem? Thanks!
