May 27, 2020 · Confirm that your internet service provider and your router are both functioning correctly and that you have an internet connection. If you can access other websites, the problem isn't with the internet. If you're using a wired connection, make sure both ends of your Ethernet cable are securely plugged in to both your PC and your router or modem. This can be tested by going to Tools, then Internet Options, and clicking on the 'Security tab'. The "Internet access failed" message is because LDD can no longer reach a Lego server (62.199.219.133). LDD "phoned home" every time it was started. Now because it can not reach its home server LDD generates this "Internet access failed" message and will only run in offline mode.
Jun 05, 2013 · I have the Hopper 2 with Sling and a Joey. The hopper is connected with WiFi and seems to be working OK. I am using MAC address filtering so I added the MAC address of both the Hopper and the Joey. However I still cannot get the Joey to connect.
